The Walking Tours of the Central City is hosted by guides that have over 30 years of experience in showing this unique city to visitors. Gain an appreciation of Christchurch’s history and see the progress in rebuilding the city.

The small groups provide an opportunity for visitors to meet and interact with a local who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the city.  Special walks can be provided for larger groups by arrangement. 

Summer walks commence at 10.30 & 1pm daily. Off-season walks (April-October) available at 1pm only.

Located in the small red and black Kiosk in on Rolleston Avenue outside the Canterbury Museum.
