Located in seaside village of Sumner this small boutique theatre shows a select range of movies from blockbuster films to popular film festival movies.  Grab something from the licensed bar and enjoy a movie!

The cinema opened in 1938 as a single cinema then was twinned in 1976 and tripled in 1999. It is the only suburban cinema in Christchurch still standing and still running after 75 years of operation. The three cinemas can seat 169, 60, and 108 patrons ( 337 total ). Two of the cinemas have luxury corporate seating areas.
