Thorrington School

Thorrington School is a large Decile 10 contributing school in the heart of Christchurch. Opened in 1958 as a full primary school and continued as that until 1965, when we became a contributing school for Christchurch South Intermediate School. The School is proud of its reputation in all aspects of education and constantly strive to live our mission “Learning together, to be the best we can be”.
