Pyramid Valley Vineyards

This small vineyard produce wines which are unfined and unfiltered wherever possible, with little to no additives. If sulphur is used it is only the minimum amount required pre-bottling. The wine is aged in clay and in barrel.

They believe they have the ability to not compromise on their beliefs and produce transparent wines showing site, soil and season of the highest quality from great vineyards across New Zealand.
