In 2017 "PLACE" was located on the Eruption Brewery building and was by New Zealand artist Kell Sunshine.  It was part of a stunning line up of international and national artists that have tackled 10 huge walls around Christchurch, New Brighton and Lyttelton.

The artwork has since been covered up by three pieces of graffiti.
