The Fermentist

This new microbrewery, taproom and café began as a seed of an idea; a sustainable brewery!  

On offer is beer, cider and non-alcoholic fermented beverages made in the microbrewery, as well as Sauerkraut, kimchi, yoghurt and fermented pickles made in the kitchen on site.

A selection of tasting and sharing dishes are available. Healthy, and responsibly sourced food, handpicked products, sourced from local, trusted producers whenever possible.  They serve Good Patron Coffee and Noble & Savage teas.

Tap Room open Monday - Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 8am-9pm & Sunday 8am-6pm
