Visit Cathedral Square and its “Talking Trees” to see the city’s latest interactive installation.

Supported by the Christchurch City Council’s Enliven Places programme, the “Talking Trees” concept in the Square’s Godley Reserve is the brainchild of local creative Tim Budgen, the Motion Design Team Leader at Ara. He and senior students have worked on this installation which has evolved from a video projection installation from a previous Botanic D’Lights event.

The “talking trees” will provide plenty of fun and jokes, along with information on popular central city places.
