Yaldhurst Cemetery

The Yaldhurst Cemetery which opened in 1887 is one of the oldest cemeteries in Christchurch.

It features mature trees in a quiet rural situation on the western side of Christchurch. A substantial amount of development work has occurred in this cemetery including beams, planting, a roading network and toilets in the adjoining Scout camp. New burial and ashes plots are available in Yaldhurst Cemetery.
