Previously the Watershed, Craft Bar & Stonegrill Restaurant (CBK) is all about beer, flavours and stonegrill.

They use fresh produce, locally sourced where possible, and showcase seasonal stars throughout. Combining classic cooking with creativity, they like to ‘smoke it and serve it’. Menu favourites include juicy burgers, sensational smoked dishes, amazing steaks, sensational small plates and of course stonegrill - you don’t know what flavour is until you’ve tried a cut of meat which is cold-smoked, then served on a sizzling 400°C volcanic hot stone grill for you to cook to your liking.
