The birthplace of one of New Zealand’s foremost 19th century artists, Margaret Stoddart, this cottage is situated at Stoddart Point, Diamond Harbour. The cottage is owned by Christchurch City Council and leased to the Stoddart Cottage Trust.

Exhibitions by local artists change monthly. The cottage is available to hire for exhibitions, meetings and events.  Free entry.
