From a young age, Norman dreamed of crafting the most delightful little parcels of tantalising taste, also known as dumplings. For 30 years he worked long hours, often into the night, with only the secrets of his family recipes to keep him company. Now he's here, bringing fresh Shanghai influence to his new homeland.
