Nestled on the rocky slopes of the Port Hills, Tussock Hill vineyard produces high quality organic wines. This site is complemented by the flat sun soaked vineyard in the Waipara wine region, with both sites producing complex handcrafted wines.  Their focus is to use organic and regenerative agricultural practices to produce exceptional wines.  

The cellar door restaurant has an emphasis on fresh, locally-sourced produce. Herbs and vegetables are harvested from the property’s own gardens. Only Tussock Hill wine is served, which includes a number of varieties including pinot noir, sauvignon blanc, riesling, rosé and pétillant naturel (a sparkling wine).
