This piece is part of the series of street art that make up the Chorus Cabinet Art Programme.

Artist Kahlo Schaffer has completed this artwork which is called New City.  "I chose the wording "New City" because of all the new buildings going up around the city centre.  I go to school at Ao Tawhiti, right in the middle of the city and I felt inspired by all the new street art around.  I love that I have this opportunity to add my mark to Otautahi."
