Liberty Foods is one of many food trucks patrolling Christchurch's streets and empty lots these days.

The slick, sign-written cargo van is all about American food. The van dishes out hotdogs, churros and Cuban sandwiches and is a great choice for a winter lunch.

It recently added a 100 per cent gluten-free hamburger to its menu.
