The Guthrey Centre was the original site of the offices of Andersons Foundry and later 'Andersons Ltd, a Category I heritage building registered by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust. The building was demolished followin the February 2011 earthquake. 

Now home to a number of boutique shops and eateries, visit today and wander along the lanes.
